1-remove the toner cartridge from the printer and disconnect the USB cable to the printer.
2-turn off the printer.
3 to Turn on the printer, when you press the button "Stop".
4-we see a download.
5-click again to stop the "stop".
6-Wait seems image1.
7 to connect the printer to a computer with a USB cable.
8 - wait until the screen message "new equipment is installed and ready for work."
9-click the file "dwnl4600" file to start, or you can drag the file "FIX_SCX4623_V 2.01.00.93. Hd" and drop to "usbprns2. Exe"
10 - wait until the printer will restart.
11 - Ready, number of page of the report must bring the following information-100% of the remaining resources and 2.5 K. 12 - no need for repeated procedures, where the printer is turned off, will return to this page count.
