Load limits and guidelines
From your scooter has been designed to take you, one passenger with a limited amount of cargo. then when you add cargo or carrying passengers, maybe you will feel from some of the difference when accelerating and then braking. but as long as it will keep your scooter is well maintained, with good tires and brakes, you'll be able to safely carry loads within certain boundaries and guidlines.
However, if you exceed the weight limit or take seriously unbalanced load will be able to make your scooter handling, braking and stability. Non Honda accessories, modifications and improper maintenance will also be less well able to reduce your safety margin.
