The first time will use Adjprog.exe. Click Double click the "Accept" button.Click "select". and select your printer model and then "OK" click "adjustments specified mode" button. set Select the "Waste ink pad counter" and click "OK" button. after that check on Main pad counter and click on the "Initialize" and the software will reset the counter. okey wrong Turn off the printer as a program instructed then turn it back. click on the computer screen or "Finish". and its done!
